Where to find download file for 2019.10

We are currently operating on UiPath v2019.4. Does anyone know where I can find the download file to upgrade our unattended bots and studio to 2019.10 LTS please?

You can get it from Resource Center in UiPath Cloud platform.
There is a link to the page at right bottom area of Cloud Portal as the following image.
