Where did URL of app go in settings?

I’m trying to access an app from outside UiPath. According to a tutorial, I’m supposed to see a production URL in settings on the app. Like so:

But here’s what I see:

I’m in community edition. Also, the Public App checkbox is always disabled.

Can you please check that after publishing app in the orchestrator>Your folder> Automations > Apps > Select App > click on 3 dots and check from there.
