Try not to tag those guys on an issue like this, licencing is decentralizing into the local regions and its a very different department to what those guys do.
@eason_lin often the fastest way is to contact a UiPath partner in your region.

If we tag them in everything they won’t be there when we need them 
so its good to do it less and more deliberately.
