Where are Fatal logs written to?

In the REFramework when the Init state fails with a SystemError, the System Error transition writes to the Output with a Fatal level logging. I see Error, Warning, Information, and Trace, but I don’t see where to view Fatal logs.

Can anyone help me with this?
