This is happening for every process even if its a write line saying hello i tried clearing all the cache and reinstalling still nothing if anyone knows the solution PLEASE HELP!!!

Give a try by closing the all UiPath related services from Task manager,
- UiPath.Executor
- UiPath.Service.Host
- UiPath.Studio
- UiPath.Agent
Restart those services
And clear all the cache again that you already done

Check your machine configuration. If lower the RAM size, this could result in this. Try closing all apps except Studio and then run.
When you open the Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc) do you see large ressource consumption?
If you see large usage of RAM and CPU, then hardware ressources could be your problem.
If not, then maybe a bug somwhere and perhaps a reinstall of Studio would fix the problem.
