Error message "Cannot find resource "DesignerViewBackground" appears when trying to open any workflow in UiPath Studio.
Root Cause: The non - English language package for the corresponding .NET Framework is not installed in the machine.
Resolution:
- This issue only happens to non-English Studio versions and can be resolved by switching Studio language to English.
- After installing the corresponding language package, issue can be resolved.
Language pack can be downloaded from Microsoft Net Framework 4.8 Language Pack Offline Installer For Windows
To change the language settings in Studio click Configuring Studiox Settings (Note: this link applies to both Studio and StudioX) .
