When P1 and P2 incidents raised in Service now, mail should be triggered from BOT

Hi All,

I need a solution for the scenario.

When ever P1 and P2 incidents created in Service now, we need to inform to specific team about the incidents creation.

Can you brief me about the solution with API.

One more request is that, is there any possibility to solve this using UiPath without using API concepts.
