When installing the Citrix extension, is anything installed on the Citrix environment itself?

Hi all,

I am currently doing an automation on a Citrix environment however it seems like the customer is reluctant to install any sort of extension or program on their Citrix environment itself as it has a high level of security.

Would I be correct in assuming that the extension is only installed on the machine in which the automation in run, and nothing is installed on the Citrix environment in which they are running the application?

We have to install RemoteRunTime.msi file on citrix machine to work with remote applications.

If you don’t want to install these application then use Computer Vision activities.
