When you open assistant, do you see your machine connected to orchestrator? Does it show green dot?
Also, when you login to automation cloud and go to admin→ licenses , do you see any license available? And on that page do you see a license assigned to you?
Most likely you have express only license. Check and share the license allocated to your id on the orchestrator.

go to admin → Licenses → show what is your license..If free then there is no studio access
