How to troubleshoot the issue in Automation Hub, wherein after clicking on the Accept Invite button, the page keep on loading in an infinite loop?
Issue Description:
After clicking on the Accept Invite link, there is an infinite loop as shown below.
Resolution:
Try the below approaches.
- Try the same thing in different browsers (in both modes, normal & incognito).
- Sign out from existing Automation Cloud Account. Clear the browser cookies and cache. Click on Accept Invite.
- Right-click on the "Accept Invite" box received and copy the link address. Open an Incognito Browser(Ctrl+Shift+N) and paste the link address > Click enter.
- Check the Authentication settings in Cloud. If Microsoft sign-in has been enforced then only Microsoft account users can be invited to Automation Hub
- If the option of enforcing sign-in with Microsoft is to be kept, make sure the invited users are not already connected in the Automation Cloud with any other email address. If they are already connected, then please log out first. When accepting the invite, sign in with the Microsoft account, as this has been enforced.
If the above approaches do not help, collect HAR file and raise a ticket with UiPath Support team.
