When adding a link to Automation Hub, some valid URLs aren't allowed

Expected behavior.
Valid URLs for Automation Hub ideas can be added to a Studio project under Settings.

Actual behavior.
Studio will allow the URL that ends with the idea name.
Studio will not validate the URL that ends with the auto-generated id.
