When Accessing Insights an “Unknown Error” Message is Displayed

Dear all, I’m requesting for support as I searched and tried but couldn’t resolve the issue. I installed fresh versions of Orchestrator 20.10.8 and Insights 20.10.0. I complied exactly with the docs and also the KB below but I was not successfull. When I try to access Insights portal through Orchestrator I get “Unknown error”. Insights’ portal is fine standalone. I should add that we do not have CA so I let Insights create a self-signed a certificate during the installation.
