I want to send email to SME with whom I was having discovery calls. I dont feel that it is worth doing the automation because the savings are very less.
What to write in an email to an SME that their automation is Rejected because manual savings are very low.

that depends, you can show the fte savings and may be say there are more processes in pipeline which have better savings than this one and this would be delayed and hence rejected for now…
