What to do if application in WIN10 does not support uipath

The app that I want to automate cannot interact with UiPath in WIN10, however, in WIN 7, everything is okay.
By ‘cannot interact’, it means when I use any activity such as Click, I click ‘indicate on screen’, and nothing changed, literally nothing.
