What‘s the IP or url and port to release to install package from "manage packages" if my environment has firewall strategy limitation

The PC where my studio(developer) is isntalled has no access to internet due to our company internet strategy. So I am not able to install new packages from “Manage Package” menu.
But we can apply for firewall release.
Please tell me the Ip and port to release. Many thanks.
