What needs to be provided instead of licence key in contact tech support form for cloud activated licence

Hi All,

I have to contact UiPath Technical Support. In Contact Technical support form, we have to provide a licence key to verify that we are an enterprise user of Studio. However, We have used Orchestrator to activate the licence and we dont have 16/18 digit licence serial number which can be entered into the form. Can you please let me know what should we enter in that field.



You can use your orchestrator license in your case to verify the enterprise

I suggest to reach the person who holds the license of the orchestrator and after that you can validate

I believe they can provide you with the required license

Have you logged in to your host tenant in orchestrator? I see the license key there
