Its used to display the pdf file in the action center form. In run time we can load the dynamic pdf files.
Source URL: Provide the path or URL of the PDF file.
Display Mode: Set how the PDF will be shown (Embedded, Full Page, etc.).

There are no such settings, as you can see from my screenshots.
In field key you have to pass the pdf path.
I did that via the arguments, but I was using the _storage notation. I was just testing the PDF component after having built it the normal way (ie upload to storage bucket and display from there).
Does the PDF component allow us to display PDFs directly from a UNC (ie \someserver\somefolder\myfile.pdf)?
No, you have to use storage bucket
