Check integration service being used in this process is configured from UiPath Assistant or Studio Web.

in orchestrator i can’t able add user configuration and button is in disabled?

As per the message you would require admin right to configure it from orchestrator.

yes @ashokkarale but iam admin and removed the partially configured and when i try to add the button is in disabled mode

I hope you are trying after selecting the process.

If still it doesn’t work, I would advise to raise this with UiPath Support portal.
