Hi @Siri

Take a look at this link. It will help you solve the issue.

https://docs.uipath.com/orchestrator/standalone/2023.10/user-guide/deleting-disconnected-and-unresponsive-unattended-sessions

Hi @Siri ,

The message “Robot unresponsive” in UiPath Orchestrator typically means that a robot, which is responsible for executing automation processes, is not communicating with Orchestrator as expected (the robot did not successfully send a heartbeat 4 times in a row.).

@Siri

This is a common error you would see…I believe it is your community license that is installed and you would have used the laptop to install the robot as well…and if the robot is disabled or when laptop is switched off the robot will be idsabled and UiPath orchestrator cannot communicate so it would throw this error

Cheers

I’m using same community in two pc’s. That why I getting these error I think.
Is it problem for me.

@Siri

If you use on two or one…if the laptop is not on for long you would see this

Cheers

You can disable the email alerts.These are the email alerts triggered from the orchestrator.

  1. Navigate to your tenant context > Settings page > Mail tab.
  2. De activate the Enable alerts email toggle.

And this error implies that the machine or the laptop u r using is turned off or disabled that’s why bot couldn’t connect and becomes unresponsive

That doesn’t matter
If it’s two laptops it will still connect provided the laptop has to be turned on or has to be connected always to the network

Hope this clarifies

Cheers @Siri

No I’m using daily. I’m getting these mail 4times a day.

@Siri

As per error it is unresponsive at the time orchestrator tries to ping it…

Check the machines page in tenant you will get to know

Tenant → Machines → check the target machine

Try logging in from another laptop and check the machine state

Cheers

How to avoid these errors?
