.nupkg
.zip
.csproj
.cs
.nupkg is the right answer.
It’s Nuget package in which the project is gets packaged.

In UiPath documentation it’s mentioned
The package is publish as .nuget package
You can rename it to .zip and then extract code for your work
The other two are project type of class library of .net MVC project
