What is system error exception in Reframework

Hii everyone,

why is system error exception declared in Reframework in the init state

Can I know which are the situation when system error exceptions occur

System exceptions occurs at any point in your workflow.

For example: If you are trying to access a file which is not present on your local drive which causes system exception - FileNotFoundException.
