What is SEHE exception while running open browser activitity?

Hi guys, I’m using open browser activity(Firefox browser) it is opening browser successfully redirecting to the url I have mentioned and it is showing immediately SEHE exception dialog box.Next steps is not performing because of this. Can anyone explain why it is happening? Previously it has been worked fine but i don’t know why it is not working now.! Even I changed the browser too.

Just to confirm, Did you try reinstalling the browser extensions? You mentioned that you changed the browser, Do you see this issue in all the 3 browsers?
