I am new and my teammate suggested me to use these activities to check element exist or not. also not able to find check up state in UiPath. is it available in specific package?

Check up state activity is modern design activity and it is available when modern design enabled and element exist is classic activity. Both returns bool value. You need to put if condition after element exist but check up state it self contains if activity.

Go in project setting and enable modern design. After that you will be able to check check up state activity.
