What is difference between Get Username/Password and Get Secure Credentials?

Question is as titled. What is difference between two activities of “Get Username/Password” and “Get Secure Credentials”? Please help. My sample says to use latter one but I cannot find it between activities

GetUsername/Password is newer activity.
it supports both OS credential store and orchestrator asset. (Get secure credential is for just OS credential store)
