What if the testing site down during the practical exam?

I am wondering if the testing site is down during the practical exam, what should I do? Will there be extra attempt given? Will the same exam question be given for the next attempt?

Request for more tries stating the reason that the test site is down.
Send them the screenshots that test site is down and unable to complete the assignment.
