I got my answer,
There is different approaches for publishing the process for personal workspace and orchestrator tenant feed
a. Publish the new process to personal workspace, it will create the process automatically in orchestrator and existing processes are automatically updated to the latest published version.
b. Publish new process to orchestrator tenant feed, required to create manually and existing processes are automatically updated to the latest published version.
