As per my understanding 1st option is correct, but after submitting the test, UiPath shows 2nd option as correct and 1st is incorrect.
Option B is the correct answer. The existing process is automatically updated.

Thanks for your response could you pls elaborate because the process only get automatically updated when there is a existing process and we are publishing the new version of the same.

If its for the very first time then it will create it, else it will update automatically
. .
Option 2 is the right answer:
A process is created automatically if one doesn’t already exist, and existing processes are automatically updated to the latest published version.

I got my answer,
There is different approaches for publishing the process for personal workspace and orchestrator tenant feed
a. Publish the new process to personal workspace, it will create the process automatically in orchestrator and existing processes are automatically updated to the latest published version.
b. Publish new process to orchestrator tenant feed, required to create manually and existing processes are automatically updated to the latest published version.

That does not seem correct, and does not work that way on the versions I’m familiar with (and would be a pretty hefty change in functionality that would not be welcome, as it would allow for devs to effectively push to prod from Studio)
