So for example, if one of the document the bot is processing needs a human to approve the document from Action center, and suppose the human does not have the time to do it for the next couple of days. What will happen to the queue items that are added in the mean time? Will they be queued up behind the first document?
Nothing will happen to the queues, those are in the same status and the process is in the Pause. When the human is entered and cleared the documents which are in the action center the process will resume and the other queues are queuedup.
So suppose if I have 10 documents and the 1st document requires human intervention, meanwhile the 9 documents will be stuck behind it? Unless, the human approves or rejects the 1st document?
While the bot is suspended, its free and it process the remaining items from the queue. Whenever the human approves the one from Action Center, the bot picks that up automatically and complete the remaining processing.
Ohh okay understood. and now suppose the remaining 9 documents have been processed by the bot, then will the UiPath bot stop or wait for the 1st document to be reviewed by user?
It need not be the first document, whenever user completes any task from action center, bot picks them up. So even if user is going and completing the 4th doc first, the bot can pick that and process. Also, when bot is suspended, as said earlier its free to be consumed by other process.
