I’m not sure if I understand your question correctly. If an application is using native windows libraries then it should work with the Studio without any extension. But if it is running on some custom solution it might be that you will need to work with it using the OCR-based activities.

their is no extension for such application. If you can’t get proper selectors use Image Click activity
or Computer vision activities are the best possible solution
