another common issue for me was the Authentication mode of the Application Pool: using “application pool identity” didn’t work for me, thus I changed its authentication mode to use the Administrator of server as user (from IIS manager, application pool’s advanced settings) .
Hi…i did that too. I changed it to a user id, which is in the administrator group…but that didn’t work either.
It just keeps showing a busy sign and doesn’t do anything. Its getting stuck somewhere, but i am not able to see anything under event viewer…not sure where else can i check for these logs
