What are the risks for using Community Edition for regression suite development

I am a newbie to UiPath Automation.
I have a question:
What are the risks for using Community Edition for regression test suite development?

There is the licence agreement to consider, what you use it for. There are some constraints for the Community edition in combination with commercial usage. So you could be in violation of that.

Next to it is data privacy. Depending on what you run / test, consider that the Community edition is a cloud based, semi public package. You might end up uploading sensitive data onto a cloud you do not own. EU regulations for example, would probably prohibit this.

Next: availability. This of course is not risky-er than any other cloud solution versus an on-premis enterprise solution. Except: you have no guaranteed support on this one. No SLA’s, no contracts, no service managers… just the Goodwill of UiPath providing you with a free software package. If you automate business critical processes, a free community edition might not be your best choice.
