No @Anil_G . We are going to migrate office 2016 license to office 365 in VM server.
There shouldn’t be too much impact.
Definately not on a license level, though your software of course needs to be properly installed and activated…
However, some actvities used in an automation might not be 100% compatible between the products. So test this.
In my experience, if you use recent versions of your word.activities and excel.activities compatability is no problem and you most likely will not experience issues there.
On a client level, do make sure you have 365 apps installed and not just web access, as well as the proper license activation status.
But testing is key of course…

Instead of outlook activities that you would have been using …you eould now use microsoft office 365 activities …there are multiple authentications available depending on your feasibility you can choose
For the office level access it would be same…for mails its better you use office 365
