What activities are available to monitor an application status window?

Use Case: UiPath sequence selects aged emails in Outlook & triggers an Outlook add-in application which moves selected aged emails to an archive repository. The Outlook add-in presents a status window which - 1) if move is successful it disappears, 2) if an error is encountered, window remains open until you click on the ‘Close’ button. An example of the Window is uploaded in this inquiry.

What activity do I use to detect this status window and keep monitoring the window until 1) it disappears and move to next activity, or 2) if error is detected, capture info from the window, close it, then proceed to next activity.
