We have created a new category specifically for Cloud Platform private preview customers to share feedback directly with the product team. This will act as a ticketing system where you can share your feedback, issues, and improvement suggestions. Our product team members are setup as moderators and are equipped with tools to ensure you get the quickest support.
To submit a new ticket, simply navigate to the top-level Cloud Platform category and click the [+ New Topic] button in the top-right.
