Week1 Build your first automation project is not changing status

I have completed the task for the week 1 named “Build your first automation project” but it’s status is not changing to complete. Is there any way to change it manually?

@Victor_Villa_MM-JZ I faced similar kind of issue and emailed UiPath about this. Kindly drop an email to uipathsupport@uipath.com about your issue. They will fix it.

Hey @Victor_Villa_MM-JZ, congrats for completing your first milestone.

If your progress is not updated yet, please try the following steps:

1. Open “Welcome to Week 1” module again
   

   

2. Scroll all the way down and select “Exit Page”
   

   

3. Refresh your Course Page

This should update your progress status.

However, if this doesn’t work, please go here, and complete the contact details.

You should select Academy for “What is your request related to?” field, and “Course progress was not saved” as sub-category, as indicated in the screenshot.
