Website elements cannot be accessed but they are correctly highlighted

Hi guys,
I have a problem with a website created with angular 1:
I can identify and select all items from page but when I want to run the test and access them, it doesn’t work. (there are some categories from a vertical menu)

I have tested it on Chrome, Explorer, Mozila, on other websites I can do anything, but on this one I can’t.
I tried with: record & step by step actions (click click click)…
