Website Crashed During Certification Exam

During my certification exam the website reported an error stating I should contact support.

Every time I try to open a support ticket the website reports back that it fails to open a new support case. I’ve tried every contact us page, and the only form that works is the sales page …

I found a phone number online, and that only tells me (on every option of their menu) to refer back to the website. Ha! That doesn’t work …

I don’t want to retake the exam because the website seems too flakey right now. I have no reason to believe the same thing won’t happen again.

How am I supposed to work through this hurdle?
