Webhook to MS team channel not working 2019.10.3

I am trying to post Orchestrator events to MS Team Channel. So , i created MS team channel with webhook incoming and configured the MS Team url (https://…) as webhook url . Orchestrator is not POST the events to MS Channel. But when i directly call the MS Team url with test message i am able to see the text in MS team channel as incoming webhook alert . Is MS Team and webhook are supported ?
