Webhook: "Could not connect to server"

I have tied 2 different webhook endpoints. Requestbin, which I verified works by running their example curl script on my Linux server and webhook.site.

On both occasions, once I create the webhook in Orchestrator, and paste in the URL generated by the endpoints listed above, itr simply reads “Could not connect to server” underneath.

There seems to be no other information to troubleshoot this. I’m at a loss - its should…just work.

Additional info, FWIW, Ochestrator is hosted by a reseller (i.e., we are a tenant account)

I am working on the connection to power automate with On premise Orchestrator. I get the same error “Could not connect to the server”. It looks like the error due to the restrictions on the intranet. Could you please share the prerequisites and the steps for connection between On premise Orchestrator and Power Automate? Thanks
