Webapi Activity issue after upgrading the version 1.9.2 to 1.16.2

Hi Team,

I’m working on the windows migration I have upgraded the webapi activities 1.9.2 to 1.16.2 same input im passing after upgrading the version but it’s not working it’s giving false while using http request but in older version it’s working if anyone faced same can you help me resolve this issue ?
whichever input i’m passing null or empty that time it’s not working
