I need to access a web service which is based on WCF .Rest / Windows Auth services.

Could you elaborate? To make HTTP Requests, you could use the HTTP Request activity available after installing the UiPath.Web package from the package manager.

You could also use the newly added Services from the Library projects to consume SOAP and REST-based swagger services (see our docs for more info).
