Web Scrapping from downloaded websites (HTML file)

Hi Guys,

I’m new here and I started with working to web scrabe website like Amazon and Ebay. But now I must research the Hompegages of doctors where I need information about their opening hours and services offered. The websites are downloaded. How can I do this?

Can anyone help me out? Thanks in advance!
