WebサイトでSAP Concurの交通費精算を繰り返し処理する方法

会社の交通費精算を自動化しようと思ってます。
1か月おきに、レポートを作成しており、レポート内容を自動化したいです。
手順
1). 10月の交通費精算のレポートを作成
2). 10月1日にかかった職場と家の往復の電車台を入力
3). レポートに追加
4). この作業を10月1日から31日まで同じ操作のため繰り返し処理したい

会社でSAP Concurを使用している方がいらっしゃればご教授頂きたいです！
