Web Login with PKI (external APP)

Good morning team, first of all sorry for my English, it is not my native language.
I am trying to perform an automation in a web portal of my company. To enter the web, a login with PKI is used.
The problem I have, the PKI application is for windows (not web).
I am not able to make the web, it waits for the application to open, enter the password and then when it closes, continue in the browser.
Is it possible to work with a Browser and Application?

Welcome to Community !!

Of Course you can work with both application and Web portal

Just you need to use attach window for application and inside the body use the activities related to application
And attach browser for Browser and inside the body give the activities related to Web browser

If possible can you share step by step process i will try to give a suggestion about steps
