Web/App Recorder not triggering sub-menu

Hi everyone,

New to UIPath. I’m trying to use the Modern tool set in Studio, and when using App/Web Recorder, going to a browser with Apptivo home page. A click recorded on “CRM” does NOT result in the display of the sub-menu item “Customers”. I have tried a variety of input settings and two different browsers all with the same result. The Apptivo site has a somewhat unusual layout, but it seems to me this is fairly basic. Any suggestions would be very appreciated.
