We are facing an issue in generating summary report in insights Queue name is not visible in the insights

We are facing an issue in UiPath Insights where some queue names are not being displayed in the dashboard/report. The queues are created and available in Orchestrator, and transactions are being processed successfully. However, certain queues are not visible in Insights while others are displaying correctly.I have created a queue name Copyright under the default there is a subfolder named copyright and i have linked that to default as well still i am not able to see the queue name Copyright.Could you please help me on this issue.

We have verified:

  • The queues are created under the correct folder.
  • Transactions are being added and processed.
  • The data source connection is active.

Could you please help us understand why specific queue names are not appearing in Insights and if there are any additional configuration steps required.

are the queues created in last 24 hours? generally insights data is not synced in realtime

Can you please cross check by providing a filter in insights dashboard for folder name?

Select your folder/subfolder name and see if your queue shows up?

  1. Are there any date or any other filters applied at dashboard or individual tile level? if yes remove them and check
  2. Generally in the data tab there is a limit on how many are displayed, you can save and check in actual time
  3. Check if it is to the right tenant
