We are facing an issue in UiPath Insights where some queue names are not being displayed in the dashboard/report. The queues are created and available in Orchestrator, and transactions are being processed successfully. However, certain queues are not visible in Insights while others are displaying correctly.I have created a queue name Copyright under the default there is a subfolder named copyright and i have linked that to default as well still i am not able to see the queue name Copyright.Could you please help me on this issue.
We have verified:
The queues are created under the correct folder.
Transactions are being added and processed.
The data source connection is active.
Could you please help us understand why specific queue names are not appearing in Insights and if there are any additional configuration steps required.
