Root Cause: A duplicate schema configuration XML file exists in the "C:\Windows\System32\inetsrv\config\schema" folder.

Resolution:
- Remove the duplicate schema configuration XML file from the "C:\Windows\System32\inetsrv\config\schema" folder and restart the WAS service.
In this example, remove the below highlighted files from "C:\Windows\System32\inetsrv\config\schema" folder.
