Wait for New Email and Proceed

Hello Friends,

I am working on scenario, where I have to download report from system and that report I receives on Outlook email after I Select Email report ( There is no other way to download directly from reporting system, only way is download from Email we receive), But there is no fix time to receive email, it may take 2 min, 3 min or 5 mins or more, But we receive email for sure. so I need to perform next activity as soon as I receive this email.

Anybody can help me how I need to do it.

Have you tried this with Integration Service?

You can configure the mail and their you can select the process to trigger
