Voice recognition, voice over from the robot

Hi Forum
Is there any speech control or voice recognition is avaiable in marketplace. i search Text to speech packages but this package is user can control the robots. In my scenario for example, message box shows “Your task is finished” “Do you want to continue” "Waiting for your approval"like so on etc… Is it possible, Can we set the voice over at the background while at that time of displaying these type of messages. Thanks in advance of your reply at the same time apologize for this irrelevant idea :wink:
