Voice bot without Start Stop Box Possible?

Is it possible to create a voice command bot without the start stop box? I want that after I hit run the bot will perform the activities without me clicking start and stop.

I am using speech to text activity that fetches specific files after recognizing what I have said using speech to text activity.
